Passing through town & figured I’d support a local business instead of a chain. The staff were extremely pleasant & the gluten free options were delicious! Will definitely be back if I’m in the area Dietary restrictions: Great options for gluten & sugar free. They asked if I had any nut allergies as well.

Nice cafe. The cookies were pretty decent. They gave a lot of nice low carb options. The coffee was ok. The staff were quite friendly. Lots of seating available.

The soups are amazing. As good or better than home-made. My husband is gluten intolerant so I brought him home one of the cakes. We all tried it. My son said he liked it better than my regular cake. My complaint is that they’re not open on the weekends.

Amazing food with a super dedicated owner. She knows everyone who walks up and greats them by name. She has the energy and excitement of a owner that opened just yesterday. Best breakfast in Prince George!
