The tomato and basil soup was very tasty, it was served with a piece of warm baguette and 2 small butter pats. The Cornish pasty was ok, but the huge sausage roll was a bit disappointing as in my husband's opinion it looked better than it tasted. This was the lunch menu as we were too late for breakfast. Overall it was a good pit stop as we were walking from Melton to Woodbridge.
Seems more of a regular seriously run business this year. Good food and nice coffee. Toilets over river wall but much better than the on board ones were.
Beautiful, chilled place to have a cake and a drink, or a pie and a pint!
Amazing and unexpected find right out on the river Deben. Charming reuse of an old decommissioned naval boat. Quite expensive though (£5.59 for a large sausage roll, 2 cream teas for £16). Dogs very welcome inside and out. Great beer selection with lots of alcohol free. Good catering for both vegetarian and vegan as well as carnivors
Friendly staff, good choice of food
Fun cafe - with binoculars to see the river and birds too. Super friendly and great coffee.
Friendly staff, good selection of food
Very relaxing watching all the wildlife on the River
