Late nite bite new years night they were out of wings so I got the burger and it didn't disappoint cooked and seasoned well oh yeah Monday is burger day it was only 8$ amazing

Ordered to go on 2/1/2024 needless to say I waisted $28. I called at 8:05 my food wasn’t “ready” until 8:51 My boyfriend went inside to pick the food up and was told us wasn’t ready yet. He sat and waited 15 minutes before stepping g back out to let me know what was going on, he went back in to wait where he waited another 10 minutes until finally the lady working asked if he needed anything the same women who just told him his order wasn’t ready. The entire time our food was sitting there getting cold and soggy. She was behind the bar drinking rude as ever and when I asked for my food to be remade she wouldn’t then I asked for a refund and she made it as if it was my boyfriends fault. When asking to speak to a manger I was told there isn’t one there. I Came here the other day and was very impressed with the food but after this experience I will NOT EVER spend another $1 there

I was referred to this business by a family member, said to have some great food but instead I experienced nothing but anxiety from a drunken bartender. She accused me of already receiving my order when in fact she was intoxicated and simply had forgotten it. So I left with cold food and disappointment after a 30 min wait. Waste of time and money. My wife called and explained the situation and was denied a refund. As long as that dysfunctional lady is working there I'd advise anyone to choose another restaurant. Respectfully
