I only do take outs here but every time I do, the food has been consistently good! The phone orders are a bit of a hassle especially for a non Spanish speaking person like me, however, we found it was much easier to order from an app like Uber Eats ans pick up ourselves.
Went to get Steak lomo , PAID EXTRA TO add shrimp & Green sauce on the side. THE WORST I’VE HAD ! White rice WAS HARD! BARELY ANY STEAK & ONLY RECEIVED 4 SHRIMPS FOR $24.95. The entire tray was NOT EVEN half way full. TOTAL WASTE !!! I WISH I had checked my food before leaving. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING HERE! Manager did not want to come to the phone to resolve the issue, instead left the worker to deal with the complaint to which she did not have a resolution. Spoke in Spanish & assumed I did not understand because I preferred to speak in English. They gossiped & I hung up. 0-10
AMAZING FOOD!! As a Peruvian, I can honestly say it's awesome. HOWEVER , the service is ridiculously poor. Their always in LALA land when asked specific questions of food or just don't kno the answer, mind u, I've been to this place multiple times and have the same person there so it's not like it's a new employee -__-. MY OPINION would be to educate their waiters on PERUVIAN DISHES THEY SERVE AND/OR Hire actual Peruvians. No offense but most of their waiters are Columbian and could care less to explain any dish.. get ready to get annoyed before actually eating.
I've come here several times and I love it. I always have the ceviche.
