Days Bakery Deli & Bakery

Went for the first time on a Saturday morning and the service was poor. Food was average, and no request to add any sauce! No request to add any drinks.

Had a great selection of fresh baguettes & pastries! Big thank you to Mark for the excellent customer service! *****

A stale baguette and an empty stake slice! Wasted £15 this morning. Will not be making that mistake again. Stay clear unless you want to overpay for disappointing produce.

I visited Days yesterday, I love this shop. Whenever I have visited I am always met with very helpful and pleasant staff, yesterday was no exception. The young man who made my hot chocolate and cappuccino was wonderful, even going as far as opening the door for me as I left. He really put a smile on my face bless him.

Bread is second to none. The refit looks clean & fresh. Service a little harsh but depends on who serves you.

Really friendly staff, great food as always. Good looking, well stocked shop.

So I promised the ladies that I’d write a review if the vegan sausage roll were better than a well known mass producing bakery. And true to my word here’s my review. Absolutely lovely … Herby and full of flavour the filling isn’t trying to be fake meat but a stand out for what it is. The pastry was flaky and makes just the right amount of mess to say you’ve enjoyed it. My wife had the cheese and onion pastry and she was super impressed. As for service. The staff were super friendly, polite land really helpful. Defiantly returning to try what else they have when I’m next in the area.

Wont take a 50 note.. no signage to state this.. its legal tender and you have the ability to check notes.. i see no reason for rejecting a certain note.. also prices went up and sausages got smaller..
