McDonald’s

Service in that last couple of months is the worst I've ever seen at McDonald's main. I don't know if there's just too much new staff at once or new management but when you stand at pick up for over 30 minutes whist 12 people pay and get served and not one employee so much as asks what your waiting for , you get a little irritated. Not to mention the multiple times I've had to pass my order back through the pick up window because they've either forgotten part of my order or it's the complete wrong thing to begin with.

This store never give me ice cream at mid night, I always place order through app and when I go to drive thru the staff says that we cannot make ice cream after 12:30 am, that’s so annoying when apps says you can place order and then end up not getting it. it’s always same, horrible experience

It's McDonald's it's exactly like I expected
