When Susie and Darrell DeRouen opened Darrell’s in 1985 and started serving sandwiches, they had no idea the bar would turn into a restaurant that’s now a favorite in the area. After testing numerous recipes and finding the sandwiches that made our taste buds sing, we began to include food as well as drinks. Three moves later, and a second location opening in Jennings, Darrell’s is still family owned and operated. We offer a variety of po-boys, chips and drinks that include surf and turf, Darrell’s Special and BBQ brisket.
