Place is to cool food was great

Literally 3rd time I've walked out without ordering anything. The lady taking orders does not even acknowledge you are wating to order, when she does she acts as if it's an inconvenience to take your order. Employees bickering back and forth at one another, zero communication, and nobody seems to know what they should be doing. Place is fine if you have all afternoon to wait to have your order taken. Plenty of other places near by to eat. Don't waste your time here.

Definitely a must visit in Newton just a great place and good food.

I was very disappointed with my Maid-Rites. I ordered 5 Maid-Rites to go, and when I took the first bite, it had no taste of the Maid-Rite seasoning. I probably won't be going back.

Maid rite sandwich may be an Iowa favorite but not overly impressed. Sandwich was bland. Service was slow. Hard to tell who works there and who's hanging out. No identifiable uniforms.

EXACTLY the same as it was 35 years ago when I was in high school. Great food, served jot, and in a friendly manner. I always try to make a stop whenever I am in town.
