Owner/Executive Chef Bass was born in West Africa. He studied in France, and in 1994, he landed in NYC, where he worked under TV star chefs. Later he met his wife Kimberly in the Jersey shore area. Kimberly is a Master Hair Colorist and has worked for many years at Lambs and Wolves in Red Bank. Chef Bass and his wife have established their home and family in Point Pleasant with their two beautiful children, Amina and Max. Chef Bass has been running many different restaurants in Monmouth and Ocean County for years. Now opening his own family restaurant in November 2023, promising to deliver all his culinary experience!
