Went for the first time to the one in the lane. Although there was a queue the service was fast. I had the dark chocolate and coffee. Divine. Had to go back for more! This time we went into the one facing the Green as there was no queue. I had the pistachio and biscuit. Again, amazing. My only grumble is that the serving in the second shop wasn't generous like the first - so I know which place I'll be choosing next time. And there will definitely be a next time!

This is the best chocolate I have tried in London. The chocolate is increible, thick and mouthwatering.

Chocolates were a little on the expensive side but totally worth it.

I paid 3 quid and waited nearly 30 minutes for a classic hot chocolate and wasn’t sorry! I’ll be back and yes, will join the queue again. There’s no greater advertisement than a fan line- it’s what caught my attention. I seldom opt-in to queue for anything in life. As I tried to gauge what all the fuss was about I noted occasional passersby with condescending looks-( my thoughts at first, “Who lines up for ice cream?”) As a tourist about town, I decided to shake off my judgment and join the fun! And let me tell you, for me, it was worth it.

Great drinks and gelato. The thick hot chocolate is an absolute masterpiece. Take a slice of penetone and dip it into the chocolate. The taste will take you to heaven and make you feel very special. I also recommend buying the chocolate powder to make at home. Polite staff. Always smiley faces and happy to help.

Went today and was overwhelmed with options on chocolate and every single one looked amazing, staff couldn't be more helpful with excellent customer service and so friendly. already looking forward to going again.

Incredible service, had an amazing worker who was very attentive and involved in advising me on dietary requirements (and even gave some suggestions to me!) Will absolutely be coming back, for not only the hot chocolate and confectionary, but lovely atmosphere as well!
