This restaurant cannot handle the uber and skip order..pls pls guys do not accept any order from this restaurant ..they will make sure that you atleast wait around 20-25 minutes and staff keep telling you 2 minutes 2 minutes..this location should stop taking uber orders if they cannot make orders on time

- My mom asked if they had beef shawarma and the waitress said "we can do it" and then proceeded to serve her a kufta sandwich instead of a beef shawarma. - My sister got an incorrect order for her mixed grill. - my aunt got her order wrong Stale bread in the fatoush and the veggies weren't fresh - owner didn't care and didn't apologize - plates came at different times and we couldn't eat together - the fries were frozen and came at the very end of the meal If we could give it 0 stars we would. I genuinely would never recommend. Definitely not worth the price of the food.

The place was clean and service was great. The food was excellent and I loved the lamb mandi. Thanks

The food and atmosphere are very good, but the service leaves something to be desired. The waitstaff lacks professionalism, and it would enhance the experience if they were proficient in Arabic, creating a more at-home feeling.

Best place in London. Love every thing there, the food, service, and the atmosphere
