Isn’t this the prettiest caramel you’ve seen? The gentlemen who helped us answered all our questions in regards to cannolis. Even let us know the ingredients are imported from Sicily. Would recommend if you live in the area or visiting.

My daughter bought me a bag of chocolate covered honeycomb for Easter. Inedible. Inside was like tasteless dust and really dry chocolate. I opened it to eat on Easter Sunday 31st of March and as you can see from the pic the date is the next day, so not out of date. Really disappointing as it's usually amazing.

Had the most lovely experience at daisies Belfast. Its like walking into a home away from home. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in, is so friendly and endearing. We had the hot chocolate with honey Marshmallows and salted carmel, the taste was amazing and the perfect balance of flavours that leaves you just wanting more! We also had the cannolis which were the perfect sweet treat. My little one was also made to feel so welcome having her own little mini hot chocolate and ice cream! My little one even asked "can we come back next week" which I am more than happy to make happen! Staff where amazing!! Best place I have found in a long time, will definitely be back! I look forward to some summer additions and also can't wait for a place to call a cosy corner come Christmas shopping time!

I was so disappointed!! Visited last week and sadly the service was very poor. No welcome from the girl on the floor. This was my first time here and I was so excited to try their hot chocolate and the marshmallows!! I asked the girl for “2 hot chocolates”. I wasn’t too sure whether the marshmallows came with it or not , being my first time here. The girl didn’t offer or ask if we would like the mallows so I assumed they would come with it, especially considering I was paying the full price of £4 per cup. We didn’t get any marshmallows! I thought maybe they just didn’t have any but then the gentleman serving 2 customers after us offered them marshmallows. So we just weren’t offered anything, despite paying the full price yet other customers were? We could have asked for some after but its awkward and embarassing at that point not to mention the girl was also far too preoccupied with her ‘friends’ that were in the cafe also. She spent the majority of our visit chatting away to them, she actually forgot to give the customers sitting next to us the traybakes they ordered. Working in hospitality myself, I just know that there’s no excuse for this other than laziness and lack of care. Personally to me customer service is the key indicator to overall success of a business. I have to say the gentleman who worked there seemed so lovely and was polite and thanked us for coming. Shame we couldn’t have been served by him. I don’t think I would return, I am sorry.

Average at best. II have had better hot chocolate from venting machines and much better chocolate from Hotel Chocolate. £17 for a hot chocolate & 2 bags of chocolate was a shock. Sorry I will not be back

Amazing hot chocolate and chocolates made on site. Super friendly staff and lovely cosy atmosphere. Definitely better experience than going to a chain! How Hot Chocolate should taste! Apple caramel and hazelnut base/ Boozy mars bar bites were delicious!

I was bought chocolates from here I have never tasted chocolates like this they were Amazing. On Friday 23/2 I was soooo lucky to visit the Place it’s self my lovely son took me it didn’t fell it Lived up to all my Expectations staff AmazingAnd can I just say I Tried the Irish crème ball OMLife…. Get your selves down to this Gem In Belfast

What a great business, tucked away off the street this fantastic little chocolate shop has it all. Never tasted hot chocolate and cannolis like this. We were in Belfast for two days, and this place is only placed we returned twice even though we were time restricted. Atmosphere is great, cute shop and very welcoming giving great advice on where to visit.

Loved it, a hidden gem in the city, apple chocolate bar was awesome Dietary restrictions: Owner had a very comprehensive knowledge of ingredients and processes
