Closes at 9, walked up at 830 and told they couldn't serve us because they had put everything away. :(

The ice cream is amazing!

3 kids working....none of them know what they are doing? Making orders wrong and out of order. Whoever management is has drastically dropped the ball and left the staff hanging. Waited over 20min for a med orange julius

Smoothies are terrible ! No natural fruit, just flavored syrup. Not happy at all. Waste of money.

If you are going here or standing in line reading this, stop! I picked up my blizzard and then walked it to the trash. The person making it was seen licking their hands, touching hair, face, pants and their fingers coming in contact with the ice cream in the cup. These workers seem poorly trained and inexperienced. Honestly I'm probably taking this to the city health department. If this is the display they give while being watched, what goes on when they aren't.

Whatever girl is at the register at 3:30 today 6/13/2021 she was rude and was no help at all when my husband went up to order and wasn't sure about the difference between the different options of smoothie type drinks, she didn't even have the decency or sense to explain to him what the hell the difference between a julius and a smoothie was. He ended up leaving with no drink because she was trying to rush him out of the line.

Its been years since I've had an Orange Julius drink and the new (new to me*) flavors are amazing! Over the last two weeks we've had 4 of the new* flavor combos and we love them. If you're looking to quench your thirst get water. If on the other hand you just want a delicious treat... Here you go.
