Just wow! The lady running the place couldn't possibly be any ruder. I will never come back here. The place is just trashed, the service is terrible. Guess this will be an empty place soon.

The ladies working tonight were very nice and did a great job getting my order correct! The presentation was really good and I appreciate that they cared about what I thought! The store was clean and I’ll be sure to visit here again soon!

I hate this location. They need to shut it down or hire all new staff. The heavier set black woman with the large lashes is always rude to the customers. When I walked in an hour before it closes she rolled her eyes, didn’t greet me, and even though she just finished handling the trash she did not wash her hands before coming to take my order. I immediately walked out and went to the one on Mound. I am never hard on service workers. I understand the job isn’t most people’s dream job, but the service is CONSISTENTLY terrible. I will drive to an entirely different city to avoid this location. The kids on mound always make me smile when I go to their location. Getting ice cream is supposed to be a joyful experience. Don’t go to this location unless you want bag energy rubbed off onto you.
