Very disappointed. We paid a lot of money for a birthday ice cream cake customized and when it came time to cut it, we discovered that they had left the paper underneath and it completely ruined the picture on the cake. When we called they wouldn't give us our money back and said that all they could do was give us a complimentary cake the next time we needed. I feel this is very unprofessional as we were given a cake that was not done right. Double check your order and hope that they remove the paper from the printed edible top before you try to cut it.
