Dairy Queen (Treat)

Walked into one of the workers going crazy was a short white lady being as rude as ever yelling at all the customers saying is anyone else in here from door dash and was just acting very unpleasant I work in healthcare and come across people all the time that are rude and I would never act this classless! Get it together it won’t hurt to smile! No thank you etc just rude!!!!

The employees helped me get the correct ice-cream cake and marked it perfectly. Great team ana great tasting treat.

Super nice staff

I am absolutely appalled with what I saw here tonight. There were two young ladies working and a young man working. My date and myself were enjoying our blizzards when a mother and her disabled son came into the building. This sweet young man walks in jovially to order and to my disgust I see what may be the manager (rotund white woman) and the young man (tall black man with curly shoulder length hair) giggling at the young man’s expense. I was immediately visibly upset, but my partner told me I may be overreaching and overthinking. While at the counter the young’s man’s possibly mother was taking a bit to order, so he inquired about the wifi password. After some time extended back and forth the young man gets his blizzard and leaves, with his mother following behind. After they had exited my partner and I stayed for a moment and I heard the three of them mocking the young man in his attempts to get the password. I was so enraged and disgusted I couldn’t even finish my ice cream. Before I could confront the workers two families had entered and my partner suggested to just leave instead. I truthfully hope no one continues to patronize this establishment, and to the employees, I hope you feel as feeble in your life as you try to project onto the people around you. And to that young man, enjoy your ice cream.

Icecream is always good it’s just the workers and customer service it’s only teenagers that work here and they are to childish to be running a business. Horseplaying and play fighting and yelling behind the counter even in the seating area, one time we went in and we couldnt even get by them we just turned back around. The environment is to childish. Kid-friendliness: Dairy Queen has mini blizzards for kids very cute and easy for them to finish and fill them up.
