Ordered a DQ cake first thing yesterday morning. The manager, Brianna, assured me she would have it done for pick-up early evening today. I only asked for a blue border and one 4-letter word on the cake. She had terrible customer service skills and I left feeling very concerned about my order. She was extremely condescending. Guess what?????-drive all the way from Clermont to pick up the cake. . . NO cake. The manager on duty supposedly called Brianna. They indicated that it couldn’t be done before 48 hours—even though I had been assured it would since it was a simple order. It was implied that I was lying - and absolutely no customer service was extended to me. Also, while waiting for resolution, I was able to watch the front line workers assemble a DoorDash (or similar) order—with their bare hands all over the chicken. Obviously there are systemic problems here as I was lied to by a manager and another manager was completely ineffectual and dismissive. Horrible experience.
Would have left a review on the fan site but it was down. Just have say that from the moment you walk into the store you feel welcome and Casey did a great job welcoming you and processing the order. Great team. Arrived at 11:47am on April 24. Thank you.
Ever since I drove through and saw a kiddy cone (two inches high) was $4.00) I stopped going there all together!
The store was clean the servers were very helpful and the ice cream was good.
Love it the food was very fresh
