Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Sat in drive thru 10 minutes. They weren’t busy. Found out they can’t make shakes because they don’t have milk . What in the heck. Then waited another 10 for food. I should’ve went somewhere to sit down and eat instead

If you place a mobile or pickup order through the app expect that the staff hasn’t even checked the ticket yet. Also expect to be ignored by 5 employees that don’t want to speak to you even when you’ve been at the counter for an extended period of time. Always horrendous service here.

Don't go here go to a different dairy queen you'll be waiting forever if your picking up an order terrible customer service

this place sucks. i worked here for months and all i can say is avoid this place bc there are cleaner and more friendly places to go to.
