I LOVE their ice cream, and the ice cream made isn't broken, unlike McDonald's

I would only recommend this location to someone who has extremely low standards. The staff are rude and the restaurant is not clean. Staff go from working the cash till to preparing ice cream without washing hands or wearing gloves. I've seen them wipe ice cream machines and counter space to prepare ice cream sundaes with dirty clothes. The sundaes we got today hardly had ice cream in them, had to ask for it to be filled and the Skor Cupfection didn't have any brownies in it. Total rip off! This is from a combination of my experiences but today put the icing on the cake. I won't be back.

Just came in for ice cream. The service was good, staff were friendly and the ice cream was great.
