Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Order was messed up and when I asked to have it fixed the manager refused to make changes and said it was my fault. Then realized they also charged us an extra topping when not needed. Manager was super rude and when they finally agreed to fix things they handed me my “corrected order” just to be found to be still missing items.

We like stop when traveling because of its convenient location. We ordered 2 combos, both burgers and fries were cold. The cheese wasn't melted and it was the wrong cheese. Bun was actually very cold as if it just came out of the fridge. No BBQ sauce on the backyard burger. And why do you have to ask for ketchup! I always forget and fries just aren't the same without it. Normally I wouldn't review a fast food place, but spending 30$ for cold food is not acceptable. Also curious why there was a small child, 3 or 4 behind the counter??

When I order a large Blizzard it doesn't get mixed well.

Very quiet place cakes and ice cream are the best

Just wasn't good interactions with the people working there. You can definitely tell when someone just doesn't care about the job they do. When spending what it costs to eat out it might be better to stick to places with better service and food. If you like DQ this place serves DQ food but if you enjoy the whole eating out experience this isn't the place.
