Every time I go to this location, the person on headset is always difficult. The gentleman always laces his awful attitude with a pleasant SOUNDING voice but will pretend not to hear you at the box, no matter how loud, intentionally cut you off and then pretend menu items don’t exist. I went asking for a pecan mudslide and he told me they didn’t make them anymore which was a lie. I called the location down the road and they said that they did. Not to mention the Dairy Queen menu literally has this item. Instead of saying he could ring up a chocolate sundae with caramel and pecans (which he could). These are not just isolated incidents and my last encounter with this person was several months ago and it was just as unpleasant. I hope management looks into this. A voice can’t hide a nasty heart.
Great service and great food, honestly the best fast food experience I have had in years
Fries are never fresh, but it's edible. I got the mint brownie blizzard. It's delicious!
My girlfriend and I stopped at this location for some ice cream and the man working the register was so very helpful in helping us find the perfect choices. He was honestly the nicest worker I've encountered in a while. He felt so real and caring, well beyond the ordinary level on sincerity others would show. The other staff were also very nice when handing us our ice cream once finished. The ice cream was delicious as well. Over all a great experience. My girlfriend said the incredibly amazing worker's name was "Trail" but we're not sure. Regardless, he deserves the world!
Waited 15 min in the drive through finally left without getting served 6 cars in line ahead of me.
Typical DQ. Seen one, seen them all on average the food is decent. Decently clean on average.
