Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I would give them less than 1 star if I could. First of all, the prices are ridiculous for what you are getting. An arm and leg for 6 chicken strips and 10 fries. Secondly, the customer service is terrible and make unacceptable mistakes. I ordered this meal, with sweet and sour sauce, and I get a container of gravy. I didn’t know that it was gravy but noticed the unusual container in the bag and ask whether it was sweet and sour sauce. It was answered in the affirmative. When I tried the “sweet and sour” sauce, it turned out to be gravy. I didn’t order gravy. I would never order gravy because I cannot eat dairy. Gravy has dairy. I am ALLERGIC to dairy. Thankfully I survived this (so far), but a lawsuit could always be on the horizon. I reported this to the Dairy Queen and all they could say was, ‘we’ll give you a Sundae and two packs of sweet and sour.’ Wow! How unselfish. Did they not hear the part about the dairy allergy?! Then they offered a dairy-free dilly bar and two packs of sweet and sour. I was almost overcome with emotions of their generosity. $2 worth of freebies or millions of dollars from a lawsuit? Tim Hortons is just going through a multi-million dollar lawsuit over the same issue. Beware people if you have allergies!

The staff are so kind and helpful!

I recently visited Dairy Queen and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by Riya. From the moment I walked in, Riya greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She went above and beyond to ensure that my order was taken accurately and promptly. Riya's attentiveness and friendly demeanor made my dining experience truly enjoyable. I highly commend her for her outstanding customer service and would definitely return to Dairy Queen because of her exceptional assistance.

Their mushroom cheeseburger is just the best. Extra sauce and extra cheese all the way! The staff is always friendly and joking with us, just an overall good place which seems rare these days in the fast food chains.

They're so cheap with the toppings in the Blizzards, or maybe the girls working the drive-thru were having a bad day and took it out on me lol jk. But I was able to make a root beer float with the other half of my blizzard since it was literally just soft serve ice cream!
