The burger patty’s were small and bland. Not worth the expense. All staff members were wearing black gloves. The staff member that took my order wore the same dirty gloves to take my order and payment, put my food on the tray, bring it to me in the restaurant, and to enter the bathroom door code. It was disgusting. Gloves are terrible to be worn all the time, as people cannot feel when their hands needs to be washed. There was no hand washing or glove changing that I saw while there. So gross!
Got something I asked for ontop of my food that was a packet of something. I can't appreciate this. Won't be going here anymore.
Make sure they give you a receipt in drive-thru. If your order is wrong, they do not offer a refund. You can receive attitude over the phone and a coupon in the mail for the missed item. Disappointed. Mayor magrath location.
I'm not going to lie, I'm pretty picky sometimes when it comes to my customer service! I've always provided fantastic service to people, so I guess I'm partially disillusioned that it should just be happening like that everywhere for everyone! But sadly it is not! However, Avery at the Mayor McGrath location showed me that fantastic customer service is still out there!!! She was so sweet, put up with me and still made me feel like I was so special even though I know I was a bit of a pain! Haha Thank you Avery! So many people in customer service should take some lessons from you!! DQ is lucky to have you!!
Slowest in store line up. Caters to drive through as usual and skip drivers. Unbelievable actually how slow this experience was. Fries were cold too Lmao.
I had ordered my sons bday cake from here and accidentally ordered it twice. They refunded the money, and since I lived an hour away they put it in a box and packed it with ice for me. I believe the person that helped me was Julie. Super friendly and awesome service. Thank you so much!
