Terrible experience. I’ waited close to 40 minutes to get my food. Lack of management at this establishment

These guys do a killer Blizzard....oh and by the way the large tastes even better

I went to get a chocolate milk shake, and she brought me a vanilla shake after waiting 5 minutes and 2 guests ordering and leaving before me. I told the employee that I ordered chocolate and she argued saying that it was chocolate, even thought it was a white milkshake. I tasted it, and to absolutely no surprise, it was vanilla. Not a hint of chocolate. Other customers were stunned to see her arguing with me about it being chocolate. She then left without saying anything, and another 5 minutes passed and other customers being helped and leaving before coming back with not only a chocolate milkshake, but an attitude. No acknowledgement that they messed up, horrible customer service, and the fact that you argue with something so obvious is absolutely ridiculous. Might want to check if your staff are colour blind cuz chocolate is not white.

Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. The sundaes here have an eyedropper of topping on them. We tried this place a second time and asked for extra hot fudge and basically got two eyedroppers of topping. After four spoonfuls, I basically had a dish of vanilla ice cream. The blizzard should have been chocolate based and the ice cream was white. Minimal chunks of “stuff”. It’s worth it to drive to Cloverdale or Aldergrove if you want a DQ treat that isn’t cheaping out on topping.

Constantly takes way too long to get your order.

Worker at the window forgot to give us our change and was extremely rude the entire time, order took a total of 35 minutes
