Food was very good and in a timely manner.

The food is good and is service is okay.

Very poor customer service. Mostly teenagers working there, no one knew what they were doing, including the manager. The manager was extremely rude to me and my mother, and clearly doesn't know how to talk respectfully to others. Would not recommend going here, try a different location.

Good food, good service

Good location. The owner greeted customers as they came in to order. Service was fast and didn't make any mistakes with my order.

Being a Grandmother , I took my two grandsons out to the new Dairy Queen for the first time for lunch. We ordered two kids meals which include a kids cone. After eating, I went to get the cones and was denied because I did not have a stripe on my bag. I ate in the restaurant and it was never attached to either bag. Very unhappy with the service!

Too cold to eat inside.

For the last couple months we've been trying their ice cream cones,, we ordered a large, ice cream was stacked over the cone 3" to 4"" and the last time the ice cream was barely over the rim of the cone, and gave us a bogus excuse that they make the cones by weight,,, we will never go back,, Culver's is where we'll be going!!!

Brand new restaurant and they need to learn a few things..... when closed shut your lights of for driver thru canopy, and same thing goes for the menu boards, make sure the automated speaker is off so when you pull in because it looks like you are open it doesn't auto ask if you will be using the mobile app! We were like 3rd in line so definitely not the only ones thinking you were open. And why weren't you open not only is the main drag just getting going at 1030 pm on a Saturday night, BUT also it is fair week and all the parents and kids just leaving the fair with long rides home are making late night food stops... shame on you!

Very poor customer service. If the app malfunctions, the store will not help you. They will not make your order unless "it's on their computer", even if you show them the order on the app and the email. This had happened a couple of times. Be careful when using the app to order for pickup. They will not work with you at the store. Go to the store in Milton, WI, you'll get better customer service, and everything seems to work there.

Great place..for dairy treats of all kinds..

This is a new DQ that just opened. The employees are new and still figuring things out. The food is hot and the employees are aloof, but not in an insulting or rude way.
