Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I was so excited to try the cake in a cup but was disappointed when I found out they were all pre-made. It would have been amazing if I would have known that before hand because it took a super long time to even thaw in the slightest. Still it's pretty cool but just someone to know before going and expecting to have one right away!

My wife, grandkids, and I love their ice cream.

Went there for my birthday today around 3 pm and the cashier taking our order was the rudest boomer with red hair and all those pins on her hat. We were ready to order but she shooed us away and took the person behind my family and took their order. Rude! And then acted like she couldn't be bothered when we ordered. Even slammed down our tray of food at our table. I made room for her to put the tray down but she gave me a disgusted look. I even said out loud "what did I do to her?" I felt attacked. I feel like the company either needs to move the redhead away from the customers and towards the back or just get rid of the boomer with the nasty attitude

I love DQ's burgers almost as much as their ice cream. So I usually get one of each. Good food, good prices, great variety of everything.

Women who waited on me was not very friendly.
