Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This place is pathetic!!! I ordered a vanilla milkshake and the kid at the counter hands us a melted gross milk concoction that had floating pieces of something in it. We turned around but the dining area was closed and the line was so long we wasn’t waiting an hour. There’s no excuse for that type service what ever adult that is in charge here clearly has poor judgment trusting the people there today!!

Would not take my BOGO blizzard coupons, then tried my bday coupon they wouldn't take that either!! My last time going there!

We actually went for free ice cream day, but decided to grab a burger & salad. Burger was great, salad ok would much rather of had grilled chicken instead of fried chicken on the salad. Service was good, friendly and accommodating. Ice cream was a great way to end our visit!

The restaurant closes at 9:30 however when we went tonight they said the kitchen closes at 8:00. Their hours do not match what is advertised. Lately it's been hit or miss on whether or not the food is fresh/hot or if it's cold while also being overcooked. We're probably going to stop going to this location. It's not worth it.
