A bit under staffed. Slow getting cold food. But a friendly group

Drove thru to get a couple of ice cream cones. Ordered a small and medium crunch cone. Got to window and are told, it'll be $10.06. WHAT? That can't be right. Guy tells us he doesn't have a button on register for the crunch so charges us some random amount equaling $10+. Told him thanks, but no thanks and drove to QT for an awesome $1.79 cone. Won't be going back to DQ anytime soon.

Super rude employee at the drive thru. Only time I've been and no interest in returning...

My wife and I stopped by there for lunch about 1145 on March 30, 2024, and there was only a couple of people in the dining room and No one in the drive-through. I ordered the barbecue chicken wing basket and my wife ordered the chili dog and onion rings and the Bill was just under 30 bucks. Ridiculous. I’m a business owner, so I Understand all about inflation and the state of the economy today so the price was a hard pill to swallow, but whatever. Food came out in a relatively timely fashion took about 20 minutes, and they brought it out to us in a bag, which was a pain in the butt. We had to lay it out before we started eating. if you’re gonna serve the food that way you need to change the pictures on the posters that has it displayed in a nice plate. Presentation is everything. Last, but not least, the food was barely warm, almost crossing the line of being cold. I managed a Dairy Queen three of them for 16 years so I know at that time we cooked everything fresh I don’t know how I can get onion rings that were cold and chili dog cold. I am not a negative person so take this as constructive criticism and make the corrections where you need to And I like to end on a positive note by saying the customer service was good. They were polite and taking our order and very personable. I did not say anything to them in the store because by writing a review hopefully the people that can make the changes will see it.

Service tonight was so bad. The guy working at the front had no idea what he was doing and constantly had to call over the manager for help. The manager was obviously stressed but took it out on the customers in front of us who wanted writing on a cake during a rush. During the day is better. Took about 35 minutes to get two ice creams and 1 cheese curd. They originally gave our food to another customer as well.

Excellent Food and Service.. and Ice Cream Cakes are Outstanding Too..
