They pull you down and don’t bring your food. I had to go in to get order no apology or nothing meanwhile workers outside talking to someone in a car playing around!

Whoever took my order at the drive through was very rude for no reason! I felt so uncomfortable that I won't be back.

This place is awful. They can’t even get anything right. Been here several times this will be my last. Completely ridiculous.

I placed an order on the app, came in to pick it up and told them my full name. They couldn't find any order for it. I sat there for 30 minutes trying to figure it out. They finally find it, saying "are you Ben K?" They couldn't find it the whole time because I told them my full name, where my order was named under a shortened version, with my first name and only the first letter of my last name. It took them 30 minutes to understand my last name that started with a K may have been abbreviated to only a K. During that time I showed them my receipt, gave them the order number, and even spelled my name letter by letter, but they just couldn't find the order unless they exactly searched "Ben K." It felt like no one here knew how to do their job, much less have the intuition to understand what my order was.

This restaurant is nasty and disgusting The whole area, the dining room, the place where you ordered and the kitchen area were filthy Do not go there to eat especially inside I will not go back

The food is okay but the employees are snappy and rude.

They will have you waiting in the drive-thru lane for more than 20 mins.

Worst DQ I have ever been too. The workers had attitudes, they were out of certain items and supplies. The blizzards were made incorrectly and the fries were cold and under cooked. At 1:30 on A Saturday it was empty and now I know why.
