Always rushed to order , drive through dose not ever allow you to actually look at the menu this is not the first either, we are rushed so fast our order is always wrong . staff not so friendly
Food is good and prices are low.
The cashier was confused about what we ordered. When we he did get the total, I gave him 20.97 to pay for a 10.97 purchased he gave the change back because he said he did not know how to do it with the change. Sad when a worker can do simple math.
The service workers were clearly more interested in visiting with their friends who were at the counter while we waited to order our ice cream.
Once our order was taken the service was pretty prompt and our orders were correct.
Once we sat down to eat our ice cream a lot of profanity was heard across the dining area. It was not just the other “customers” it was also the workers. We were sitting there with our 2 year old.
Needless to say, we went out for ice cream and were served ice cream with a side of profanity and unpleasantness.
This location definitely needs a face lift. The 2 ladies that took my order was the best thing there, they were very friendly and took my order without any problems. The place looks very old and run down in the dinning area. Food was ok at best! Used to come here a lot when it first opened, don't look like they did anything to it since it opened. Out front sitting area was dirty and one of the table and umbrella was broken and alm
I have been to this location on multiple occasions especially when having a taste for ice cream or joining friends for hanging out with eating ice cream. Besides the need to tighten up on the food side and have available advertised specialty ice cream; in general, DQ is our place for ice cream. Dairy Queen has been around for a long time. Things you probably didn't know about Dairy Queen: The first Dairy Queen in the U.S. was located in JOLIET, ILLINOIS; The original store was deemed Dairy Queen because Jack "Grandpa" McCullough, the "driving force" behind DQ's soft serve, said his creation was a queen among dairy products. And just like KFC and Coke, they'll never reveal the ingredients. The formula is kept in a safe deposit box and there are only a few keys to it; According to the company, there soft-serve does not qualify to be called ice cream; To be categorized as ice cream, the minimum butterfat content must be 10 percent, and our soft-serve has only 5 percent butterfat. Finally, I believe Dairy Queen is an American company and if I can continue interacting with cashiers as the cute, kind attitude young lady who coincidentally always there when I visit location; it's worth my business!
I go there for ice cream. It could have had more Hot Fudge.
Everything was good to high
The food was good, and the place was clean! The service was also good. The ice cream is also legendary. Only problem was no ice, and my Dr. Pepper was flat. Overall 7/10
Delicious 😋....Buy bigger 👖 pants
Dairy Queen has the best dipped cone EVER, hands down.
