Always good food and great customer service but man does this place need a face lift and a good scrub, the building is now showing signs of disrepair and the floors were really sticky. Also it smelled like Kerosene for some reason. $37 for a 10" Reese ice-cream cake is steep but it was really good.

Seems like a majority of the employees are just talking behind the fence. There's always a line and they're slow. How about fix your store and don't just give me the same generic pr response. It shouldn't take 30 mins in the drive through with 7 cars I line. That's insane. And when I get up to the window the cashier has her back to me for about 5 mins doing nothing before handing me my drink. The 3.9 stars should be lower and shame on those who run this place. It's one of the worst dairy queens around

I your ice cream. and food is good and staff is very good and friendly and they bring food right to the table.you have a clean place your table are always clean.i give you five stars.

I was having to get some food before work today and I had specifically ordered a large snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard... And instead the guy made me a SNICKERS cookie dough blizzard.... I for one wasn't aware that was a thing but when I tried 3 times to call and see what could be done it would ring 2-3 times and then I'd be sent to voicemail ... I'm extremely unhappy and WILL be contacting corporate

I was surprised that they offered no WIFI for customers. Service was fair. Time on food was a little long.

There are 5 people working, all hiding in the back. Workers are not good at communicating at all and acted like it was a problem to give us service when there hasn’t been any other costumers at all. Bad blizzard. Bad service.
