Daily Veg - Pike Creek

I go places depending on two things good food and service i will not continue to patronize a business that lacks either. That being said the food is ok for vegan or vegetarian food but the service is not there. The employees are from outer space and when you ask for a manager there is none its just the owner and they have to text him. Instead of proceeding to do that the guy continues to stand there and just stare at us. So forget him contacting the manager at this point i want to contact the manager and he just kept saying he has to text him and cant give out his number (which obviously)like something was seriously wrong there. Then asking another employee how to get in contact with the manager because the guy was stuck on repeat she says we can email him then proceeds to get smart and say he just going to tell you the same thing as she rolls her eyes and walk away. At this point forget the whole store. The issue was they have a problem with their online ordering system its seems to have been down these past couple of days as i was treating myself. So one day it was down i was able to place the order on the phone and the next day its down oh they cannot do that. I do not like businesses that flip flop so often what services they offer its too much. I will be taking a long break from daily veg and hopefully if i don't find something better they get better customer service because people spend a nice chunk of change there for that food!

Literally cannot give this place enough stars. Vegan food is few and far between and when you actually find it, many times it’s not that good. This place is the exception!!!! INCREDIBLE. Period. From the food to the service. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been a customer since they first opened. I move further away and haven’t been there in awhile. I was in the area and stopped in. I have never waited 40 mins for my food before. The chocolate shake had icy pieces from the less fresh ice cream that was used without chocolate syrup. My burger was burnt and my fries cold. I don’t think I will be returning.

The beyond burgers were great. Season good, but they could be a little thicker. Maybe I'm spoiled with my black bean burgers I made at home. They have good burgers

Had a great first experience with my friend here. Everything is made to order so its a little wait, but worth it for quality food. Food can be pricey but it's quality is up there with five guys. Parking: The lot can get crowded real fast.

Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating!

After ordering a big mac and was a cheeses burger instead manger denied to do anything … when we payed for a big mac not a cheeses burger... Had to come back and show them still did nothing.… also they don't offer vet discounts...we away been told by your employees no military discounts. For years! . Also weather burger was eaten off of or not it was a cheeses burger not a big mac no sauce what so ever... And customer hate when asked if we want or change... And take so long to get it... Won't be back...and your attitude says everything..look at all the negative comments repeated say your workers and management is rude.. You can very well see this in your reply... Do better if you want to stay in business! We won't be back.…70 year old vet and has id your employees has been saying we don't do that here for yearsssssss. Was not a correct order it was a cheese burger not a big mac no mac sauce at all or prepings.. Same on u saying you checked camreas if so you would of seen many times your employees said no military discounts here! After years of your business rudeness won't be back as your other negative reviews...
