Good ramen. Beware of the super spicy - it really IS super spicy!!
This is an excellent ramen restaurant in DC that I highly recommend. The ramen dishes are delicious, and the noodles' texture is chewy. The broth is also quite tasty, making it the perfect meal for cold days. The restaurant is relatively small, and when my friend and I went there, all the tables were taken, so we had to sit at the bar. However, the service was still decent overall.
By the time you have a proper bowl of ramen, with an egg and chasu, you're pushing $25 for the bowl. Whole soup is a-la-carte with the standard bowl at ~$14 and is made with regular chicken broth, not tonkotsu. The food tastes cheap and ground pork should've never entered the building, let alone the soup.
Small but lively place. Good food and lovely ambience..
So freaking good but hard to find a seat. Absolutely worth the wait the Ramen here is incredible!
Very tasty and authentic ramen.
