After eating at the worst and SLOWEST Japanese restaurant, we thought of switching places. And found this place IS A GEM! I mean literally, they served food within 5 min! Compared with most local restaurants, they have the BEST service! Maybe it’s because language barrier I saw some English speakers in the reviews have prejudice and don’t get it ♀️ But they had THE BEST service compared to some high nosed and sloth like Japanese Restaurant!
Great taste of food. The abalones were burned, and the scallop shells were also burned. Great service and good choice of music.
We went here for Sunday lunch because we craved for a clay pot rice. This small restaurant is at the corner of a food complex with other businesses. As soon we sat down, the lady asked which clay pot we wanted since it took quite a while to cook it. So, we immediately ordered 2 of them. It took us about 20 mins for our food but we already expected it. - ribs with black bean sauce clay pot: it was good. There were lots of ribs pieces but it could have more black bean sauce as it was a bit bland. - eel clay pot: my favorite! The eels had sweet taste and were well cooked (not chewy). Overall, the clay pot rice was good but we wish that there were more crispy rice at the bottom. They gave extra soy sauce to pour on top of the rice but I wish that they gave more of it. The complimentary tea was good too. The one on the right had a slight sweetness while the one on the left was very herbal.
Amazing place to eat. Food was great!
