We went here yesterday at 550 went in no one was in front wr waited 5 mins then my husband walk on side and seen employee in back iit shoul always be someone in front to help customers that was not ok then we order large orange dream machine and medium peanut butter mood and pretzel and waffle the pretzel was hard over bake and drinks was watery and over flowing cup the other employee had to rinse cup off and wiped it down super hero j need customer service and not be in back he should of been in front bad Customer service and I will not be back to this location I want my drinks remade and a pretzel not over bake so send me a gift card I want general manger or district manager call me thanks I was mad
I like this place to visit Jamba Juice I got a good drinks they got places you can sit in inside and this is much cooler inside
Tasty beverages with a clean atmosphere. Speed of service needs to be greatly improved considering I walked in and there was 2/3 employees working and the time it took to make 3 drinks was almost an 45 min wait.

Rochel is so kind and efficient and I always see her putting in her all. I'm always relieved when I go in and see her. Y'all need to give her a raise
The employees have the worst attitude. They do not greet you when you walk in and one was rude to my child. If I could give a personal review of each employee I would. Only one employee would receive 5 star service, Everyone else -3
Why do they build these places backwards. The front of the store has 2 parking spots while the rest has hundreds. Its a jamba juice. 90% the same. But parking for this one is garbage.
Kryslynn has the best customer service ever! She was also giving out free samples of the new Belgian Waffle Parfait which was nice.
Love Jamba and this place is normally not too busy either.
