I’m writing this on December 13, 2023 at 12:53 PM. I walked in to get a vanilla frappe. When I walked in the blonde woman was on facetime with a friend talk about getting a tan and she told me to “hold on” while she was having the conversation with this friend on the phone. She took my order and quickly returned to talking with her friend on the phone about what her plans were for the day. She just took my card to pay for the frappe and then I walked out. I’m not one to write negative reviews often, but it was blantantly rude to be fully having a conversation with someone over the phone while a customer is ordering. I’ll continue to come for the real chocolate sprinkles, and hopefully this constructive criticism can help improve the customer experience.
