Competing against professional BBQ chefs from all across the USA. We ended up winning! Josh Marten went on and became a food and wine pairing chef at over 100 wineries and won 50+ other competitions such as Maui chopped (2nd Place) Taste of the rogue, Northwest Clam Chowder Champion, Pacific Northwest BBQ champion, Chef of the month by Healthy Living Magazine, and more. We specialize in homemade sauces, and flavors that will make your tastebuds dance! Whether world famous fish tacos, Norwegian fish and chips or our championship pulled pork.
