This place was a 5-star months ago and it was one of our go-to spots but it seemed like they had gone downhill since. We went on a Monday during lunch and the girl that was at the counter was very slow and didn't seem to understand how to work the cash register. The tables had some weird white chemical film on them from the generic cheap cleaner they used. The food took FOREVER to come out and when I finally did show up it wasn't even hot. I ordered the Spam Loco Moco and the rice seemed like they added too much water or it was leftover from the previous day because it was sticky and mushy. I really liked this place and can't believe how bad it has gotten.

Great food & awesome atmosphere!

That atmosphere was nice. They had a lot of seating options and looked clean. I got the combo plate (rice, macaroni, katsu, & pork). The chicken katsu was my favorite. The pork was too salty for my taste and the macaroni seemed bland. If I go again I’ll definitely try something else. Overall, it was an okay experience.

I stopped by to pick up my lunch on 2/14, and I ordered Spicy Lava Wings, and I was pleased to see that they were huge and everything was warm. The Rice and Mac Salad was fresh to me. I wish they were a little more spicy of the wings, but next time, I'll get srichia sauce packets to add more spice for my liking. I work out in the field, and I remember meeting one of the owners . She was friendly, and I let her know that I would come back to try the food. On my next visit, I plan to bring my nephew and sister along with my baby niece to sit down and eat here. I like the inside it's spacious and very clean. Even when I picked up my order, I had to use the restroom, and I was happy to see it clean because sometimes I go to places and they do not keep up the restrooms clean. Thank you to those who prepared my lunch meal on this day and to the owner who gave me inspiration and talked to me as if I were family the first time I met her.

DA BEST!!!! Seriously the best Hawaiian food we’ve had since we moved to mainland. My 8 year old took 2 bites and goes “ Can we give this 5 stars?!” Mahalo!
