Thin-crust pizzas feature toppings as simple as mozzarella and basil, and as complex as the fresh baby organic spinach, broccoli, red onion, tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, roasted peppers, that is all Primavera Pizza. Kebabs are made from grass-fed lamb or beef, or wild-caught salmon or shrimp, organic chicken. Italian fare includes lobster ravioli in a rosé sauce, eggplant Neapoletano, and juicy chicken Marsala.
