D Spot Desserts Cambridge

Lovely food / dessert place ! Nice staff too ! Highly recommend it !

Food is good in most D-Spots; this wasn't an exception. What WAS an exception for this one was the awful service. We came in at 9 pm on the weekend and there was only one person serving and hosting. Because of that, everything was awfully slow. Additionally, we drove over 30 minutes to redeem a "Buy one get one 50% off" coupon for funnel cakes, but we were told that we can only use that if both the orders are for the same funnel cake. The coupon, like most other coupons, had all the exceptions clearly indicated on it... except for this one that is fairly significant. We have two other locations less than 15 minutes from our place, so it was a bit infuriating when we were told that we can't each order the flavor that we wanted, even though they were all the same price. Seems very backhanded. Also, they had some of the worst Karak Chai I've ever had... almost like they forgot to add the chai... The overall poor quality of service and food easily makes this the worst D-Spot I have been to...
