Highly recommend this place! The food was so delicious and it's presentation was beautiful! Awesome atmosphere and music, perfect for an intimate dinner or chilling with friends. Bathrooms are very clean, roomy, and loved the scented candle! Easy to find parking too! Our server Greg was exceptional, very attentive!

We had a reservation for 4 at the bar. I was worried about the bar seating but it was great and our bartender was amazing. The duck empanadas weren’t a hit for us and one of the pasta wasn’t that great. The rib eye with the chimichurri and the duck breast was so good. The burrata appetizer was my favorite. The flan was a hit as well. The menu options were limited. Overall it was a great experience.

Everything was great! Not one complaint. Even my mocktail was on point. The empanadas and sea scallops were delicious.

I took my girlfriend for a belated Valentine's dinner at Customshop. This was our first time eating here, and we were very impressed. They have some unique cocktails, and I started with the Security & Bond. It is an old fashion that was so good. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, and he recommended sharing several dishes. We started with the Ensaladilla Rusa and Empanadas, with braised duck. They were both very tasty. We split the NC Sea Scallops, Ricotta Cavatelli, Rigatoni, and a side of Fingerlings. Everything was so delicious. For dessert, we shared the Pot de Creme. This was one of the best desserts that I ever had. What I love about Customshop is that it is an exceptional dining experience. The food, cocktails, wine, and service are fabulous. This is one of my top dining experiences in Charlotte.

First of all my respects for Kyle, the bartender, he is gentle, kind and prepares one of the best Moscow Mule in town. Also my respects for the kitchen, the Saffron Canestri was marvelous! We will definitely be back!
