Good place with funky veg options. They may be out of tea/ chai on colder nights though!
The only Indian restaurant where we have gone repeatedly. I highly recommend it. The best in DFW by far. Great place and great food. Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian food Parking: It is the whole grandscape parking Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly
Saturday evening cashier was discourteous and argumentative. I ordered a meal for two persons. I asked if they would serve the food at their outside tables. They brought me a to go bag with the meals. I spoke to the cashier and told him I did not order to-go. He became argumentative and told me twice that I did. When I asked if they could serve us the food the answer was No, we will give you dishes and you can serve yourself. I should have asked for a refund for the tip I included in my total Be gracious to your customers. I never said "To Go"
We had a great meal here, right in the heart of Grandscape. The kids and I shared a tasty Thali dish with chana masala, paneer tikka masala and butter chicken with rice and naan. Everything was delicious, flavorful without being too spicy, and it was the perfect amount of food for the three of us along with some mini samosas as an appetizer. Loved the casual, colorful and cheeky menu. Why not have a sense of fun? Definitely on my list to come back next time we're in town.
Unfortunately, my recent visit to this Indian restaurant was a disappointment. The batura was excessively oily, and the mango lazzi was surprisingly bitter. Neither dish lived up to my expectations, and I left feeling underwhelmed. Considering the quality of the food, I would only give this place 1 star. ⭐️
Good fod but we were informed that the owner takes the tips. Either bring cash tip or don't tip at all.
Would rate this place an overall 3 stars, food quality surely needs to be improved for the visitors to experience the true authentic taste of Indian food (Punjabi style), ambience is decent, Food presentation is good. We ordered Paneer Kathi Roll, which barely had Paneer and had lots of not completely cooked tomatoes. Veggie Biryani presentation was outstanding, but again not completely cooked rice.
