On 1/15 I came thru the drive thru with a larger order. After getting home with the food I realized all 6 of our pretzle bites were missing. I called in and spoke with a manager who said she'd put my name in the book for 6 pretzles for the next time we came. Went today to order and the manager on site was condescending, said I've never heard of 6 free pretzle bites and proceeded to tell me that it's been a month and my name isn't in a book and I have no receipt so he can't honor it. I was not told I needed to save or present a receipt to replace the missing items.

Again, for the 4th time, this Culver’s messed up my order. The worse part of it is they made me wait 30 minutes to get it wrong.
