Staff was friendly each time on 5+ visits.
Decided to give it one more try and again, we were extremely disappointed. Not one, but two hairs in my burger & they also shorted us a fry. Drive-thru was empty but we still waited for 10 minutes.. Super bummed. This place used to rock.
I usually do CurdSide pickup, and 90% of the time they will forget the condiments (including cheese sauce, which is an upcharge of $1.19). When I used to order via DoorDash, I was able to report and get refunded, plus alert the management. Recently I've been picking up myself so this isn't an option; it's definitely a disappointment when I get home. I managed to catch the missing sauce once, and it took the runner 7 minutes to come back to my car. Food quality is fine most of the time. Shame it's such a hassle each visit, and this issue hasn't been resolved over the two years since I've been visiting this location.
My first time stopping here will be my last time. I decided to stop here to grab a late night dinner and it was a mistake. I order my food and the drive-thru cashier has me pull into the parking lot which I am used to as all Culver's do this. However, it took them nearly 25 minutes to get my food out to my car. And then in the meantime they were serving cars who went through the drive-thru well after I did before me. Then my food was finally brought to my car and I had to hit the road and I open my food and of course the order is messed up. I asked for my burger plain and it was anything but plain.This will be my first and only visit to the Holland Culver's if I had the option to do zero stars I would.
Culver's, no need to reply unless it's an auto reply by a bot but this place smells really bad and the floor is super sticky...clean it up...food is ok
