DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP THIS PLACE I have had mild food poisoning, including headaches and diaherra after eating the food from this location. I have ordered chicken tenders and custards from this location numerous times in my 11 yrs in the Carolinas, and everytime I come to this location, it's a gamble. Is my food going to be heated throughly? Am I going to get a salty, unmixed, clumpy, lumpy custard? Let's break it down The chicken tenders come to the restaurant pre-cooked, frozen in a box. When you serve them to customers, they are slimey inside and not at a safe food temperature. How is it possible to mess up pre-cooked frozen chicken strips? They have found a way The frozen custard is supposed to have a smooth and creamy texture, like a soft serve. I have gotten salty, unmixed, clumpy, lumpy concrete mixers coming out of this location. Please DO NOT respond by saying: "We take food safety seriously and we never compromise on quality," when I see several reviews commenting on under cooked, under heated and under processed food coming from this location. The management and customer relations at their call center are full of excuses and offer no resolutions or compensation for inconveniencing their customers. They pretend to care ... at best. What kind of organization is this? There needs to be a city inspection and food & safety evaluation done at this location ad well as some serious food prep, health & safety training for the manager and employees. Y'all are looking sloppy, LET'S DO BETTER I WILL NOT BE EATING HERE nor would I recommend it to anyone
Once again I returned to the office with my order from Fort Mill Culver's and the order is missing something. This time cheese curds. We order from this Culver's every Friday and it seems 50% of the time the order is NOT correct... I have complained to the manager directly but it does not seem to improve. I'm not sure if this is a training issue or just how it is in the world we live in is today. I just roll my eye when I see people demanding $15+ an hour when they can't even get a simple fast food order correct. I will add Culver's is not the only restaurant that can't get an order right but when you spend over $30 you would hope to get what you ordered. It might be time to move on to another restaurant
Went on a Thursday and the drive thru had 10 cars in it. Went by pretty fast though. They did mess my order up and fixed it in a timely matter. Love those concrete mixers with some hot fudge on the side baby! We have been back multiple times since then and I will say dining in has its perks. You get to see how hard the employees work and how service oriented they really are. Them cheese curds though!
