Terrible customer service

I don’t know why they have a drive through!!! It’s literally pointless!!! Its more like order, park, and wait!!!

Placed on line order, pick up 6:15, didn't get it till 6:30. Ordered large fry, got extra small, ordered tarter sauce got none, ordered coke got root beer, instead of 10 shrimp that I ordered got 7. The environment was awesome, while waiting for my food, a car at the drive up window, let his kid open passenger door and took a pee right there.

Beautiful restaurant, great menu, custard ice cream is smooth and creamy. Clean, excellent prices. Parking: Parking is great, The drive by is always busy. Great place just to come also for their custard ice cream. Very pretty building. Clean, above personnel, very efficient.

Stopped in for a late lunch. Counter staff was very helpful with ordering. We got the make your own butter burgers and made it a combo. The hamburger was hot and moist. I liked the fact you had a choice of cheese. The fries were hot and crisp. I liked the soda selection. Loved the root beer-very tasty and frothy. My friend is diabetic and they had diet root beer- his favorite. Dined in and staff was out on the floor asking customers if they needed more than once. Truly exceptional customer service. Today was a mushroom Swiss burger with onion rings and a double deluxe burger and fries. The burgers were hot and fresh. The onion rings were old fashioned with real cut onions. Meal followed with concrete mix in of expresso. Service still good as ever.

Food was really good and the service was good. Very busy but they get the food out to you as quick as possible. The custard is really really good.
