I recently discovered this place and got to enjoy one of their wraps. Their food is pretty good but service is HORRIBLE! I tried to get lunch & walked into an empty store with no staff present… to only realize she would leave the store to hang out with her at mucho burrito. This is beyond unprofessional and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen that happen. I wanted to love this place but can’t. They need to really evaluate who they hire SMH

The Southwest bowl was great. They have a lot of options. I would come back next time I visit.

This is supposed to be a healthy brand but both the super greek and California Cobb salad had a fair amount of green that were mushy dark green, evidence of vegetables that is far from being fresh but in decay. Next table customers recognized the issue first and started picking out the mushy leaves. A staff was informed and acknowledged the issue but with no apology.

Used their hands to scoop out ingredients instead of the scoops in the container. Overall cleanliness is pretty low and food handling capabilities are also pretty low

This location has the rudest service. First off Gill the manager is an absolute piece of work! My 2 year old wanted a ice cream, we order a ice cream not only was the cones super stale so was the ice cream, they take the cone out with bare hands so not use any wrapper or tissue and they do not wash there hands from handling the cash and serving food. My 11 got the cookie dough ice cream when he took a bite it was full of ice and tasted disgusting, I went back and they told me it is what it is I needed to pay for a new one, it’s not the matter of money it’s the matter of thee service, unsanitary conditions and preparation and attitude, they wouldn’t hand me the new ice cream wth out paying as if I am a hoodlum and I would have run away! When I asked her to throw away the other ice cream that was stale she told me no with attitude so I just left it on the counter. I will be calling the head office as someone needs to pay this store a visit and pick them up on the poor service and unsanitary serving conditions.

Very careless with allergies, they can’t even tell what ingredients they use.

Service is what made up for the lack of ingredients Ordered a Cobb salad and they ran out of the Cobb base salad and as well ran out of bacon. Subbed in spring mix and bacon was not able to be subbed for another meat, but veggie instead People working there seemed understaffed but still helped every person with a smile, which I think is why I gave this 3 stars. The good part about the salad is that ingredients at least seemed fresh. Never felt rushed when it was our turn to order, even when thinking of Ä substitute veggie, worker was multitasking while waiting for our decision so our food was almost immediately ready after we made our substitute choice Good job!
