観光名所から歩いて10分程度のアクセスなのに観光価格でもなく、スタッフの笑顔に包まれたとても心地の良いBistroでした。 イタリア語がわからなくても、英語のメニューもありますので自分の思うようなオーダーができます。また、スタッフがとても親切にオーダーを聞いてくれます。 料理の盛り付けも味も本当に美味しかった。私は日本に帰ってきてからもう既に、周りの人におすすめをしています。 フィレンツェは巨大な観光地で人々がとてもうるさいですが、ここのBistroはとても静かな場所にあり旅の疲れを癒してくれるはずです。 Grazie mile.

Il punto forte di questo ristorante è la semplicità, che rende ogni piatto delizioso, una esplosione di sapori. Consiglio!

Cena inaspettata: dal sito e dal menù i piatti sono di stampo gourmet ma nella pratica si sono rivelati goduriosi e casalinghi. Padrone di casa simpatico ed accomodante, ci ha fatto a sentire a nostro agio da subito. Si inizia con bollicina e pappa al pomodoro per poi continuare con vino al calice (soddisfacente) e portate servite velocemente nonostante la piccola cucina, una tavolata di 12 persone e solo due persone ai fornelli. Nota di merito al risotto ai gamberi: porzione soddisfacente e sapore intenso. Anche per gli altri piatti porzioni più che giuste. Prezzo in linea con quanto offerto, anche senza sconto the fork. Selezione di dessert di Luca Mannori, uno dei migliori pasticceri della piana. Prendetelo perché merita!

Hands down the best dining experience I have ever had. My wife and I went here on our trip to Florence and this is the one place and stop we will never forget. The owner paired each of our courses with the most amazing wine pairings that complemented the best Italian food we have ever had. Such an amazing night, it’s places like this that make food exciting. Cant say thanks to the owner enough, this is definitely a must stop place to experience Italian food and Florence culture. Here’s what we had (each course started with a different organic wine from Italy): Bread with a tomato spread Stuffed zucchini flowers Squid ink and fish pasta Wild boar with veggies Truffle pasta 7 chocolate dessert

Excellent petit restaurant, cuisine familiale typique, le patron est au petits soins, les produits excellents, le vin extra et les desserts sublimes. Nous nous sommes régalés et nous reviendrons !!
