Crust Pizzeria Napoletana Vienna

I have been to Crust Pizzeria twice and have been impressed with their salads both times! I got the Caesar salads (with chicken) and their panzanella arugula (with walnuts). DELICIOUS! I look forward to trying other things on the menu! Parking: Small shopping center but the parking is ok.

Great pizza!

Really was looking forward to trying their pizza, based on a review of the best pizzas in Nova, especially since their name says "crust", and as every pizza lover knows, the crust is a key component of a pizza. Ordered a margherita and pepperoni, came to about $40. Looked okay, although not on the big side (see photos). After taking a couple of bites, these pizzas were substandard in several respects. First, the crust tasted like stale French bread from Safeway, i.e., there was no hint of yeast nor any depth to the flavor - simply sawdusty stale bread. Second, there was hardly any cheese on the pizzas. I don't know how much mozzarella cheese costs in bulk, but they should at least put sufficient cheese on it such that it feels like you're buying into a slice of pizza. Third, the sauce was akin to Prego spaghetti sauce, and by akin, I mean a cousin version of Prego spaghetti sauce, but with less taste and with less depth. Sorry to say, but as we were eating these pizzas, we commented on how it might have been better to have gone to Domino's or Papa John's. We were hungry, so just ate them, concluding that this would be the first and last time.

Best pizza in Tysons. Atmosphere dampened by hyperenthusiatic kids who probably spent the day locked up in daycare.

Dietary restrictions: Love this place I think they’re dough is the best dough of any pizza around. They are very accommodating.

Best pizza place in town for those who like true Neapolitan pizza (thin crust, few toppings and wood over). Also the salads, appetizers, deserts, italian wine and beer selection are very good. Also don’t forget to get a short espresso after your meal. Highly recommend this place, my wife and I go there at least once a week. The owner also is very friendly and always stop by your table to chat for few minutes.

Really enjoyed the Diablo pizza!

Pizza is very good. Just be aware that there is a not obvious 4.5% package fee added to the bill.
