Just a run-of-the-mill cookie. Nothing exceptional to report here. Honestly, the cookie seemed to be a day or two old because of the texture, but I don't think it really was. That may be by design. I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

Was in the area and decided to stop by Crumbl as I’ve never been. Upon entering, there was no welcome or explanation of what was available. I ended up ordering, quickly, so I could leave. I purchased the three mini cookies (two milk chocolate chip, one caramel apple). The cookies itself were ok. I wont return to this location due to the lack of customer service but may try another one.. potentially.

Came in at 8:20 and the guy said the were sold out.. weird

I love Crumbl cookies, but this location is the worst! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to this location and they’ve been out of cookies, not one but MULTIPLE! And it’s always 3-4 hrs before they close, which is unacceptable. I will either go to another location going forward or just stop eating them altogether. So disappointing.
